If you find it difficult to relax, soothe your body first: 
drink some honey tea and take a steamy shower.

Instructions:

1. Sit and relax.
2. Find your Comfort Zone.
   - This is the area where your eyes rest naturally when you close them.
   - Close your eyes and observe where they rest.
3. Do nothing.
   - Merely look with a soft, restful, natural gaze with your eyes closed.
   - Let thoughts, emotions, sensations happen.
   - Do nothing, expect nothing, encourage nothing, resist nothing, analyse nothing.
4. When you realise you are engaged with a thought, relax.
   - When a body sensation - whether from an emotion or a physiological reason - 
     is too strong to be ignored, relax your awareness to it and gently rest on it.
